LETTER FROM THE CEO – JANUARY 20, 2021
Are you experiencing financial hardships resulting from COVID-19?
COVID-19 is having an unprecedented impact on daily lives, not only from a health standpoint, but a financial one as well. We know there are a lot of uncertainties at this time, but LANECO FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is committed to our members and assisting them when and where we can.
If you are a current LANECO FEDERAL CREDIT UNION MEMBER, and your income has been disrupted, causing hardship because of COVID-19, we encourage you to contact us. We realize everyone’s situation is different and we will do our best to assist you. In order to do this, it is important for you to keep us apprised of your situation.
One option we are providing for qualifying members on their current loan is payment deferrals. This is our skip-a-payment program but without the fee attached. Each situation will be different so we will try to fit the program to your needs. This may be to defer a payment or two or maybe allow interest only payments for a period of time. Again, we want to discuss your situation and design a plan to best fit your needs.
